Delete Your Account and Data

This page explains how to permanently delete your AutoGauge account and all of the data associated with it.

Option 1: Delete From Inside the App

This is the fastest way and takes effect immediately.

Open the AutoGauge app
Go to Settings
Tap Delete Account
Confirm the deletion

Your account and all associated data are permanently removed as soon as you confirm.

Option 2: Request Deletion by Email

If you no longer have access to the app, email us and we will delete your account for you.

Email support@autogaugeai.com from the email address associated with your account
Use the subject line Delete my account

We process deletion requests within 30 days and email you once it is complete.

What Gets Deleted

Account information — your email address, name, and login credentials
Scan history — every vehicle scan, photo, analysis, and result tied to your account
Usage data — your scan counts, saved preferences, and app settings
Push notification tokens — so you stop receiving notifications from us

What We May Keep

Purchase and transaction records, which we are required to retain for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes. These are kept only as long as the law requires and are never used to re-identify you.
Anonymized analytics, which contain no information that can identify you or link back to your account.

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by us, so deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings to stop future charges.
